I build things for the web, mostly frontend, but I find myself digging into databases and server configs more than I expected when I started. I've worked in government archives, marketing agencies, and franchise IT, which is a weird mix, but it means I can adapt quickly and talk to almost any kind of team.
Bucaj holds the franchise rights for Burger King, Firehouse Subs, and Popeyes in the Balkans, multiple locations, multiple systems, and always something going wrong somewhere. I looked after the digital infrastructure: databases, technical support, and the self-service kiosks that customers actually touch.
Marketing agency work, we had different clients, different requirements, and deadlines that don't move. I was responsible for turning the design team's Figma files into live websites, and handled everything in between: DNS, SSL, server-side configuration.
My first proper dev job, the national government archive's website and database. Government systems come with a lot of legacy, a lot of constraints, and very little room for error when you're dealing with official records. Good place to learn to be careful.
I'm open to full-time roles and the occasional freelance project. Based in Tirana, but that hasn't been a problem with any of the clients I've worked with so far. I usually get back within a day.
